We launch our 2012 series of Florida State College at Jacksonville Student Spotlights with Ben Beutjer. You may want to remember that name because in the not-so-distant future, this Culinary Arts student COULD take center stage on MasterChef—FOX's reality culinary show.
Due to confidentiality agreements, Ben can't discuss his status or progress on the show—yet. However, we're staying on top of this story and will bring you more information as soon as we get it.
