Dining Notes:

The Jacksonville Public Library is partnering with the Florida State College Foundation for My Favorite Cookbook, with hosts celebrity chef brothers Matt and Ted Lee from Charleston, S.C.

The Lee brothers have written and published three cookbooks; serve as contributing editors at Travel + Leisure; and perform as on-air commentators for the Cooking Channel’s “Unique Eats.” Their cookbooks are available at the BookMark.

Two events will be Monday in the Main Library. There is only wait list space available for the free general event at 7 p.m. Monday. A $75 per person VIP event with the Lee Brothers at 6 p.m. will benefit scholarships for the Florida State College at Jacksonville’s Culinary Arts & Hospitality program. Dishes from local restaurants as well as those prepared by FSCJ culinary program students under the direction of the Lees will be served.
