Interim steps taken to correct financial aid issues prior to Dr. Bioteau's arrival at Florida State College at Jacksonville were "not enough," she told the Financial News and Daily Record, and additional changes are on the way.
Outsourcing of financial aid functions, meaning some job losses, are among the changes FSCJ's new president is enacting. Meanwhile, she is working with the U.S. Department of Education as they continue their review of compliance issues.
