Could complicated Chechen history have been motivation behind Marathon bombers?

Media folk, including Reporter Lorena Inclan with WTEV/WAWS (CBS47/Fox 30) called on Florida State College when seeking experts to answer questions about the Chechnya homeland and origins of the alleged Boston marathon bombers. Former FSCJ History Professor and Harvard graduate Matthew McCluskey has expertise in eastern European, Russian and Central Asian history, religion, cultures and languages. He was willing and able to talk about Chechnya's complicated and troubled history and whether he thought, hearing what was known about the suspects at the time, they might have been acting out of political motivation. Our gratitude to him for sharing his expertise with local media and providing accurate, reliable information from his experience studying and living in that part of the world not so long ago.
