Chef Richard Grigsby—a.k.a. Ice Man—reveals what really happened during our public service production shoot with Zach Miller.
Chef Grigsby is one of the MAIN reasons we were able to pull off this campaign. We asked for a lot—he gave even more. It’s how he operates. If you’re interested in a career in culinary, I’d say you’d be hard pressed to find another program where your professors would be this dedicated, and frankly, this cool.
