Chef Grigsby is one of the MAIN reasons we were able to pull off this campaign. We asked for a lot—he gave even more. It’s how he operates. If you’re interested in a career in culinary, I’d say you’d be hard pressed to find another program where your professors would be this dedicated, and frankly, this cool.
