Want to impress the family at your holiday gathering this year? An ice sculpture centerpiece can do the trick. Watch Chef Richard Grigsby carve a football trophy out of ice in 41 seconds.

Chef Grigsby carved the ice sculpture for a special community outreach campaign last fall. In that video, it appears as though Jacksonville Jaguar's Tight End Zach Miller is carving the trophy.
