A message from FSCJ Provost and Acting President Judith Bilsky

As you know, the District Board of Trustees for Florida State College at Jacksonville has selected Dr. Willis Holcombe, former Chancellor of the Florida College System as well as past president of Broward College, as our Interim President.  Dr. Holcombe’s experience and expertise, as well as the respect that he holds among legislators, and higher education leaders throughout the state and nation, will prove to be of great benefit to FSCJ during this transitional time.  January 22, 2013 will be Dr. Holcombe’s first day at the helm, and I know that he looks forward to familiarizing himself with all of the campuses and centers, as well as faculty and staff as he settles into Jacksonville.  Look for a message from Dr. Holcombe in the near future.
