FSCJ to Bring Together Advising, Admissions and Financial Aid Teams to Assist Virginia College Students

WHAT: Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) is hosting an open information session at FSCJ Deerwood Center for those affected by the unexpected closure of Virginia College. Virginia College students or their family members are encouraged to attend to learn more information on additional education opportunities or information on alternative options.

FSCJ’s transition team has been formed to ease the uncertainty for students making decisions about their future. Advisors, admissions representatives, academic program staff and members from financial aid will be on hand to answer questions on the immediate next steps students can take to keep their education on track.

FSCJ is also waiving the $25 application fee now through January 15, 2019 for current Virginia College students or those who withdrew from Virginia College on or after December 1, 2018.
