| I started my career in 1990 with the Florida National Guard as an Infantryman. I transferred to active duty in 1993 as a Heavy Weapons Infantryman, I served in many various units to include 2nd Infantry Division, Korea 1993-1994, 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Ft. Polk, LA 1994-1997 (Deployed to Haiti in support of Operation Uphold Democracy), 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, HI 1997-2000 (Achieved the rank of SGT / E-5 and attained the Expert Infantryman's Badge (EIB), 101st Airborne Division, Ft. Campbell, KY 2000-2004 (Deployed to Afghanistan 2002 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Deployed to Iraq 2003 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom) attained Combat Infantryman's Badge (CIB), 2nd Infantry Division, Korea 2004-2005 (attained the rank of SSG / E-6), 29th Infantry Regiment (TRADOC) Ft. Benning, GA 2005-2006, got out of the Army at this point and joined the Army Reserve, 104th Division, Ft. Campbell, KY (Institutional Training) in 2007 as a college level ROTC Instructor.
