Enrollment Verification FAQ's

You can verify the status of your transcript by logging in to your Student Center in myFSCJ. Click on the "Academic Records" tile. Select "View Transfer Credit Report." If you are listed under a different name on the transcript, please notify the Student Records office by submitting a help desk ticket.

Go to Parchment to view the status of your transcript. You will need your order number and either your Social Security or Student ID number in order to proceed. Many of our email messages will also contain a direct link to our Self-Service Plus web application. Simply click in the email and you will be shown the status of your order.

Our admissions steps are listed here. If you are applying to a bachelor’s or limited access program, the admissions office will be reviewing your application separately. An admissions decision email will be sent to your FSCJ email account with additional steps on how to register. *Note: Students are strongly encouraged to submit post-secondary transcript(s) from other institutions immediately after application to the program. This will ensure minimal delay in the processing of the application.

Submit a help desk ticket at help.fscj.edu or visit any on campus Advising Center.

It is recommended that students meet with an academic advisor to complete a graduation check. If you have completed a graduation check with an advisor, but have not received your diploma in the mail, please submit a help desk ticket for Student Records to research why you have not received your diploma. *Note: Students are automatically considered graduates at the end of the term in which their last credits are completed and diplomas are mailed out 4-6 weeks after.

Processing time for documents is approximately 5-10 days. If you do not see any changes after 10 days have passed, please submit a help desk ticket.
