TU: Art show at FSCJ deals has mental-health theme

A Jacksonville mental-health organization with the goal of minimizing the stigma associated with mental illness has created an art project that will be displayed Thursday at Florida State College at Jacksonville.

I Still Matter is an organization made up of people attempting to reduce the stigma surrounding mental-health issues. The display will take place on FSCJ’s North Campus, 4501 Capper Rd., from 5 p.m. to7 p.m.
The art gallery contains about 50 works created by artists with mental-health issues. Many of the artists will attend.
