FSCJ will be closed for spring break from Monday, March 17 – Sunday, March 23, 2025. We look forward to serving you when we return on March 24.
The Convening was a great success and inspired creative brainstorming and planning ideas.
The FITC is a program funded by the Florida Board of Governors run by Florida State University and Florida A&M University which aims to promote IT, Computer Science and Computer Engineering education. By building a pipeline of partners from K-12 schools, Community/State Colleges, Universities and employers, FITC is helping shape the future of Florida’s technology workforce.
Dr. Robin Cole, dean of career education at South Campus, uses funds provided through FITC to promote recruiting, retaining and employing the next generation technology workforce. Dr. Cole is passionate about encouraging students to pursue an education in the STEM field.
His dedication to this initiative to prepare students for careers in this high-demand field and to connect FSCJ students with opportunities throughout Florida to secure IT career opportunities is commendable. We look forward to the success of our partnership with the FITC and our sister institutions and schools.
