American Association of Community Colleges: Community Colleges Host Open Houses for College Promise

The concept has been touted by President Obama and is being promoted by the Heads Up! campaign. The Heads Up! campaign will run for three years and is designed to provide information and leadership for implementing tuition-free community college for students that are willing to achieve merit-based guidelines. America’s College Promise legislation was introduced earlier this year and will be monitored by AACC.
