Florida State College at Jacksonville assessment and certification centers provide access to high quality services to our students, community and faculty, while ensuring examination integrity in a secure and test-friendly environment. Our focus is to provide meaningful services to our customers while promoting the academic, career and personal goals of the individuals we serve. We adhere to National College Testing Association (NCTA) Professional Standards and Guidelines.

The NCTA's Mission

The National College Foundation (NCTA) is dedicated to the promotion of professionalism and quality in the administration of testing services and programs, including issues relating to test administration, test development, test scoring and assessment. The objectives of the organization are to enhance professional testing practices, offer opportunities for professional development, encourage professional support activities, and advance collaborative efforts among testing professionals, testing companies, and other policy-making agencies. We adhere to the NCTA Professional Standards and Guidelines.

To ensure the integrity and security of our testing environment, it is necessary to conduct a thorough search of individuals for any unauthorized testing materials. This precautionary measure helps prevent the introduction of items that could compromise the accuracy of the test results or violate testing protocols. By adhering to these procedures, we can maintain a fair and controlled setting for all participants.
