Due Process

The College is committed to ensuring all disciplinary actions are taken with just cause. Employees may be eligible to appeal disciplinary action pursuant to those outlined in APM 02-1701 (Due Process for Career Personnel) or APM 02-1702 (Due Process for Administrative and Professional Personnel) or Article 10 (Grievance and Arbitration Procedures) of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for faculty.
