Discipline
All employees are expected to meet performance standards, departmental expectations and conduct themselves in accordance to APM 03-0203 (Standards of Employee Conduct) and APM 02-0211 (Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics). ER is available to consult with employees and supervisors regarding questions or concerns about expectations, performance, and/or behavior in the workplace.
