May is National Mental Health Awareness Month - Mental Health Workshop
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You’ll build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support. 60 Mile Walking Challenge
To continue the 60th celebration and promote a healthy start to 2026, the College is launching a 60 Mile Walk/Run Challenge. Get ready to move and have fun some fun! The summer FSCJ Employee Recreational Sports season will kick off on Monday, May 11 at the South Campus Gym. No sign-up is required—just show up to play basketball or pickleball and connect with colleagues.
