Employee Relations (ER) provides advice and guidance to employees and management on a variety of employee related issues. While our office does not specifically advocate for an employee or supervisor in any given situation, we do provide counseling, advice, policy interpretation and collaborative solutions in an effort to help bring resolution.
ER is also available to provide assistance and answers to questions concerning complaints/grievances, discipline, performance management, and ADA accommodations as well as College policies, processes and procedures.
