Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crimes

Florida State College at Jacksonville complies with the provisions of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, and other applicable laws pertaining to College safety and security practices.

A hard copy of the annual security report may be obtained at any Campus Security Office.

All students and employees are encouraged to promptly report any criminal or suspicious activity to the nearest security office. Students and employees are encouraged to read the College's Annual Security Report.

Sexual Predators/Offenders

The College may deny admission or enrollment to an individual because of misconduct if determined to be in the best interest of the College. An individual designated as a sexual predator by any court will not be admitted to or enrolled with the College. An individual identified as a sexual offender by any court may be considered for admission or enrollment using procedures established by the administration.
