FSCJ is proud to offer Career Closet, a valuable resource for FSCJ students and recent grads looking for professional attire and accessories for job interviews and the first few days of work or an internship. Career Closet offers items such as blazers and jackets, dresses, blouses, business pants, belts, jewelry and more at no cost to the student.

Guidelines

  • Career Closet is free and available for all currently enrolled FSCJ students and recent graduates.  Students can visit the Career Closet any time during the hours of operation or by scheduling an appointment. Appointments to shop can be made here.
  • Students may take up to 10 items each visit and are allowed one visit per term (Spring, Summer, Fall).
  • Students must show their FSCJ student ID and provide their student ID number to shop.
  • Recent graduates may utilize the Career Closet up to six months after graduation/completion date.

Career Closet Donations

  • Clothing donations are accepted by appointment only. Appointments can be made here.
  • Career Closet accepts new and gently used business professional/business casual clothing in all sizes.
  • Clothes should be in good or excellent condition (no holes, stains, broken zippers, etc.) and adhere to current styles/trends (purchased within five years prior to donation).
  • Clothes should be laundered/cleaned prior to donation.
  • The Career Closet reserves the right to dispose of any clothing that does not meet requirements.
  • Acceptable Clothing Donations:
    • Dress and Casual Pants
    • Suits, Suit Jackets, Blazers
    • Long and Short Sleeve Dress Shirts (button downs, collared shirts, polos, etc.)
    • Dresses (knee-length or longer)
    • Skirts (knee-length or longer)

    • Vests
    • Ties
    • Belts
    • Accessories (scarves and necklaces only)
