Nassau Works! is Florida State College at Jacksonville’s solution to local business needs built directly on the employer survey results from the Nassau County Economic Development Board (NCEDB) and in partnership with Career Source Northeast Florida.

Educational packages provide targeted, short‑duration training available at the FSCJ Nassau Campus and hybrid virtual. Our course offerings reflect content areas employers prioritized most in the survey—skilled trades and technical fundamentals, safety and compliance, leadership and soft skills, communication and artificial intelligence (AI).

Shared classes are exclusively open to eligible Nassau County employers and their eligible employees – at no cost to the employee or employer.
