IV Therapy for Licensed Practical Nurses

This course is designed to equip Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with basic knowledge to expand their IV therapy practice. Students will receive hands-on practice with IV simulation manikins. Topics include infection control, central line use, fluids, electrolytes, blood, plasma, albumin, TPN therapy, assessment and care.

**Student Must Purchase their own IV Therapy Skills Kit**

Pre-requisite: In order to take IV Therapy you are required to complete an LPN or higher level of nursing training.
