Program Overview

The FSCJ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course introduces participants to the fundamental concepts and tools of Lean Six Sigma methodology, a powerful approach for process improvement and quality management.  Participants will learn about the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, which is essential for problem-solving and process enhancement. Through engaging lectures and activities, and real-world case studies discussions, students will develop the skills to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and enhance quality within their teams.

Upon completion of this course, you will be equipped to support Lean Six Sigma projects, collaborate with Green Belts and Black Belts, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in your organization.

Participants will also receive an FSCJ Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt digital badge upon completion. This secure, verifiable digital credential for certificate completion can be shared with career networks and demonstrates your achievement to current and potential employers, and value in both educational and professional communities

Please Note: This class may be cancelled if minimum enrollment number is not met.

Industry Certification

We provide a verifiable and secure digital credential for this certificate completion, symbolized by a badge that is sharable with career networks. The digital badge serves to signal achievement to current and/or potential employers; to motivate engagement and collaboration; and to build upon and formalize identity, reputation, and value within educational and professional communities.
