Basic Grant Writing: Putting the Pieces Together

Come learn the basics of developing and writing a grant proposal. This workshop is informative, interactive, hands-on fun. Participants will review the basic steps of writing a grant proposal and learn successful approaches through a variety of resources and tools. Engage in discussions on current trends and issues in grant writing as well as how to apply best practices to your own grant writing. With hands-on writing exercises, attendees will use their ideas and be walked through a grant application step by step. Participants will leave this training opportunity with a grant outline for their idea and content for each section of a grant.
