Homeland Security and Emergency Manager (T.C.)
The Homeland Security and Emergency Manager Technical Certificate (T.C.) prepares students for employment in the field of emergency management with a specialization in Homeland Security. The program gives students the knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively manage a comprehensive Homeland Security management program. Students will gain a working knowledge of all the basic tenets in emergency management and Homeland Security that are encompassed in the phases of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery.
