Program Overview

The Banking Specialist – Financial Services (Fin Tech) Technical Certificate (T.C.) prepares students for employment in a variety of financial services positions, such as customer service representative, documentation/billing clerk, employee relations representative, sales, teller and other specialist positions in banking business environments. The FinTech program also provides supplemental training for anyone previously or currently employed in management and supervisory occupations who want to further their career.

Combining general knowledge and specific competencies, this certificate program establishes the strong foundation for a successful financial services or FinTech-related career and even helps current professionals develop a broader understanding of the field and how to enhance their role within it.
