All FSCJ employees, including part-time employees, and their family members are covered by Health Advocate which is FSCJ’s contracted EAP provider. Health Advocate services are free and confidential. They are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week at (877) 240-6863 or answers@HealthAdvocate.com. You can also view additional resources including articles and online seminars on their website at Health Advocate (EAP).
