DCF Childcare Leadership/Management

Coursework for the initial director credential provides an overview of skills and knowledge required in the operation and management of an early care and education program. Additional coursework for the Advanced Director Credential incorporates organizational management, financial and legal issues, and curriculum development for children and families.
