FSCJ offers both on- and off-campus student employment opportunities. Student work hours may vary based on availability of funds each year. Currently, students may work between 15 - 25 hours per week. International students may work between 15-20 hours per week.
On-campus student employment opportunities are typically available at each of FSCJ’s campuses and centers in the following areas:
- Athletics
- Library Learning Commons
- Student Engagement
- Fitness Center
- Student Success Center
- Information Technology
- Student Support Services
Examples of off-campus employment opportunities include:
- YMCA
- Hubbard House
- The Red Cross
- Duval County Public Schools AVID program
All students who wish to be employed must meet the following requirements:
- Be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours
- Have a 2.0 GPA
- Complete a FAFSA application
