Ship Back Your Rental Books
Go to the FSCJ Bookstore and click "Sign In"
Once signed into your account, click on "Rentals" to view all of your rented out titles.
Click "Return All Rentals by Mail", then select the books you wish to check-in.
Print the shipping label and pay for the shipping cost at the carrier of your choice.
To best assist you with your book purchases, you must bring your student ID or your schedule with you. Students, faculty and staff are required to wear a mask while on campus. To allow social distancing, there will be capacity limits at each location, so please be patient.

Bookstore Refunds/Exchange
A valid receipt and/or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges. Items must be in original condition. Course materials must be returned within seven days from the start of class for a refund. Final return dates for Fall Term 2023 are as follows:
A Session- September 5
B Session- September 25
C Session- October 30
Rental Check-in: December 12
Please bring your schedule with you when returning materials. If you drop the class, you have two business days from the drop date and an updated class schedule is required.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Technology, gift cards and personal care items are non-refundable. Defective hardware will be replaced or repaired through the manufacturer's warranty. All other items can be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase as long as they are in their original condition.
*Even if you rented in store, you have to have an online account that matches the email addresses you gave at the register. If you do not know your password, use the Forgot Password link to have a new password emailed to you.
