Giving high school students an opportunity to take college-level courses and exams while still in high school.

The Advanced Placement Program (AP) of the College Board gives high school students an opportunity to take college-level courses and exams while still in high school. Students who participate get a chance to try college-level work and to gain valuable skills and study habits for college. To find out more about participating in the Advanced Placement Program while you are enrolled in high school, contact your high school guidance counselor. The College Board has a website which provides information to students about the program. For more information about test preparation software, visit the AP Preparing website.

Submitting scores

College Board’s Ordering Policy: The fee for standard delivery of score reports ordered online is $15 per report. The fee for rush delivery of score reports ordered online is $25 per report. Standard delivery takes approximately 7-14 business days, while rush delivery takes approximately 5-9 business days. The exact number of days depends on when you submit your request and the location of your score recipient.

If you have requested that your AP scores be sent to Florida State College at Jacksonville, visit the campus assessment and certification center of your choice to see if they are on file. If they are not on file at Florida State College at Jacksonville, request the College Board mail your scores to the campus assessment and certification center nearest you.
