As the next implementation phase of PeopleSoft progresses, the ERP team announced that Campus Solutions (CS) is now live as of January 30, 2017.
A strategic release structure was developed to provide a seamless, user-friendly experience for not only our students, but also our faculty and staff. Once fully in place, CS will consist of the following modules: Recruiting and Admissions, Enrollment and Student Records, Academic Advising, Financial Aid and Student Financials. Additionally, a student, faculty and staff "self-service" function will be available.
Mirroring a student's journey, the first part of CS that is available is admissions application processing. You can view the training video by clicking here. Selected user groups may also be contacted individually for extensive training. In the meantime, you may continue to use Artemis and myFSCJ as you are already doing.
First-time students applying for the 2017 Fall Term will soon be automatically processed through PeopleSoft. Launching the portal in this fashion allows IT and the ERP team to focus on any necessary modifications that may impact usability and subsequent modules.
