JaxByJax Literary Arts Festival

2017 JaxbyJax Literary Arts Festival

Jacksonville Writers Writing Jacksonville

The annual JaxbyJax Literary Arts Festival showcases our community’s thriving writing scene by sharing the voices of local writers. Across 14 venues in the heart of Jacksonville’s Riverside neighborhood, 28 writers will present a variety of works from poetry to novel excerpts and more.

At this free event, attendees get to choose their own adventure. Begin the afternoon hearing from FSCJ’s talented college writers. Then, travel from venue to venue hearing from two local writers at each location. A new writer takes the stage every half hour. Attendees are invited to end the evening by connecting with featured writers at the afterparty in Jacksonville’s CoRK Arts District.

If you would like more information, contact Tim Gilmore at (904) 646-2334.
