Situations may arise in which you would like guidance or confidential advice. We welcome the opportunity to help you find answers and work toward solutions.

Employee Relations (ER) provides advice and guidance to employees and management on a variety of employee related issues. While our office does not specifically advocate for an employee or supervisor in any given situation, we do provide counseling, advice, policy interpretation and collaborative solutions in an effort to help bring resolution.

ER is also available to provide assistance and answers to questions concerning complaints/grievances, discipline, performance management, ADA accommodations, as well as College policy, process and procedures.

ER is available to assist with addressing and resolving workplace concerns, give guidance regarding the complaint/grievance process and recommend additional resources that may be helpful to an employee’s situation.

All employees are expected to meet performance standards, departmental expectations and conduct themselves in accordance to APM 03-0203 (Standards of Employee Conduct).
