Information Technology Analysis (Help Desk) (6202)

Information technology analysts have the expertise to solve problems and answer questions relating to desktop computers, networks and telecommunications. The Information Technology Analysis certificate provides training for individuals seeking positions in technical help desk positions. You can apply your skills to the needs of large or small businesses and organizations. Your education and training will prepare you for a great job as a product support specialist, help desk specialist or technical support specialist.
