Pathways to Work provides meaningful exposure to education and training for Duval County high school students who may believe a college education may not be possible. Utilizing innovative and accelerated workforce training strategies and personal development skills, the program sets students on a path to gaining entry-level careers in Construction/Trades, Culinary Arts and Global Logistics.

Selected students will spend the summer prior to their senior year in industry certification coursework while earning an attractive stipend and the opportunity for scholarships and internships upon completion.
