How to Apply

To learn more about the Workforce Recovery Training Program, complete the Information request form below or call the grant Case Manager at (904) 632-5102.

Step 1: Complete the online application.

Step 2: Your application will be reviewed to ensure that it is accurate and complete, that you meet the eligibility requirements, and that the documentation you supplied meets the requirements of the grant. See the DEO Application Checklist (English | Español | Creole) for information on required documents.

Step 3: You will be notified via email regarding the disposition of your application. If your application is approved, you will be provided with the start date, time, and location of your first class. If your application is denied, you will be provided the reason(s) for the denial and steps to appeal the decision.

This training is made available through the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program. Launched with federal Community Development Block Grant - Disaster Recovery funding to assist communities affected by Hurricane Irma, the Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program trains Floridians in the construction trades necessary to support disaster recovery efforts.
