Supply Chain Management Principles

Students will learn what defines the major functions that are necessary for an operational supply chain. This course will also define the linkage of the functions that form the chain and how that chain is linked with other business processes to form the basis for the management of the supply chain. The students will discuss the functions in a supply chain, define SCM and explain how supply chains must be integral to an organization's strategic goals. (28 hours)
