Managing the enterprise network
The Network Support Technician (T.C.) program provides students the basic skills and knowledge required to work as an entry-level computer technician or desktop support specialist. Network and desktop support work involves installing, configuring, repairing, and managing computer hardware and software.
Upon completion of this program, students will be prepared to pursue industry recognized certifications such as CompTIA’s A+ Microcomputer Technician certification and Microsoft’s Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
