About Aviation Maintenance Administration (A.S.)
An aviation management career can be on your horizon with our Associate in Science (A.S.) in Aviation Maintenance Administration degree. You will gain the knowledge and skills for entry-level management positions in the aviation management maintenance industry through practical training and education in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards.
Students will benefit from realistic learning experiences in the methods and techniques in working with aircraft, avionics, engines and their subsystems to be ready to perform in and manage the aviation maintenance process for safe, smooth flying. Upon completion, students will be prepared to take the FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification examinations and begin working entry-level aviation maintenance jobs in the aviation maintenance industry with excellent promotion opportunities.
