Student Alert: This program is preparing for inactivation effective end of summer term 2020 with no new enrollments beginning in the fall term 2020, pending approval from the College's District Board of Trustees and SACSCOC. The Fire Fighter I and II Career Certificate (C.C.) programs provide students the opportunity for gaining valuable hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art training facility which includes a maritime fire trainer. Students also learn about communications, fire prevention and handling hazardous material emergencies, which fully prepares students for certification and employment as a firefighter in the state of Florida.
