This state-approved 40-hour Registered Customer Service Representative Workforce Certificate (W.C.) designation could give you an advantage with insurance and financial services company hiring managers. Customer services representative insurance topics include automobile, property, worker’s compensation, health and liability. Earn the Registered Customer Service Representative designation by completing this course with an entirely online customer service course option. Successful completion of the course and end of course exam, provides students with customer service skills, and allows licensure without a state exam.
Common uses of Registered Customer Service Representative license include customer service jobs as a salaried employee of a general lines (property and casualty) agent or agency that may transact automobile, water craft, home, motorcycle and pet insurance under the supervision of a licensed and appointed general lines agent.
