FSCJ was recently awarded a grant from the Kids Hope Alliance to establish Career Connect. Geared specifically to youth ages 16-21 who identify as low income, have barriers to traditional high school settings or have juvenile justice involvement, Career Connect will help these youth work toward completing their high school diploma, GED® or obtaining a career certification.
In addition to the high school diploma completion tracks, each student enrolled in the program can apply for career certification in the following areas:
• Auto Collision Repair (available starting August 2020)
• Certified Nursing Assistant
• Hazardous Materials Removal Specialist
• Office/Administrative Assistant
• Supply Chain Management
Classes for Adult High School and GED® Certificate are as follows:
(A15) January 11 - May 4, 2021 (GED® & Adult High School)
(B12) Feb 1 - May 4, 2021 (GED® & Adult High School)
(C7) March 15 - May 4, 2021 (Adult High School Only)
