Career Connect

FSCJ was recently awarded a grant from the Kids Hope Alliance to establish Career Connect. Geared specifically to youth ages 16-21 who identify as low income, have barriers to traditional high school settings or have juvenile justice involvement, Career Connect will help these youth work toward completing their high school diploma, GED® or obtaining a career certification.

In addition to the high school diploma completion tracks, each student enrolled in the program can apply for career certification in the following areas:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • CompTIA A+
  • Phlebotomy

Classes for Adult High School and GED® Certificate are as follows:

(A7) August 29 – October 18, 2022 (GED® & Adult High School)
(A12) August 29- November 22, 2022 (GED® & Adult High School)
(B12) September 19- December 13, 2022 (GED® & Adult High School)
