Ron Smith

Ron Smith is the Associate Vice President of Computing Infrastructure, Security and Compliance, as well as Chief Information Security Officer for the College.

He has over 20 years of technology support and management experience for higher education organizations in Florida and the U.S. Government. Ron’s responsibilities include the management of the College-wide networks, telecommunications systems, servers and information security.

He holds many industry certifications in the areas of network infrastructure and server management and design.

He is a member of Dell's Platinum Advisory Council and Cisco's Digital Media System Advisory Group.
