NADSS for MCCS (Technician III - Client Services)

Rachel Whiteside

Rachel, came to Florida State College at Jacksonville in 1997, and currently is NADSS for MCCS (Technician III - Client Services), reporting to Ron Smith.

Rachel is responsible for maintaining technical support at the Martin Center.

Some of Rachel’s projects include providing IT support for MCCS, Dr. Wallace, Cabinet and the College’s Board Members.

Rachel likes to spend quality time with her daughter and travel on her downtime. She lives in Jacksonville Beach.

Rachel graduated with an AS degree in Information Systems from Florida State College.
