Michelle Nifong
Michelle, came to Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2000, and currently is Content Manager, reporting to Rusty Gardner.
Michelle is responsible for the Ensemble system, creating and maintaining user accounts, as well as creating training materials for faculty and staff. She also keeps the books for the studio; creating and maintaining vendor accounts, tracking usage and fees, and handling invoices and payments. She also assists in studio and video shoots as needed. In addition, Michelle also is the 2nd level support for the help-desk. She helps faculty, staff, and students with their accounts and by putting them in touch with the right people for further help in the College.

Michelle likes to spend time in nature, enjoy the company of family and friends, and study for school on her downtime. She lives in Jacksonville. She is a member of AIR, FAIR, and the FACC.

Highlights
Michelle graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from UNF. She is currently pursuing a doctorate degree from NCU.
