Lillie Hookfin
Lillie, came to Florida State College at Jacksonville in (1983), and currently is Program Coordinator, reporting to Kelly Thomas.
Lillie is responsible for (day to day operations of all campus lab issues). Work closely with Purchasing to compare various software quotes to assure that we save money for the College. Also, work as a backup to other administrative staff within the DWC IT Team.
Lillie’s projects include (College-wide Lab Replacement – ongoing. Review all Software request forms; prepare spreadsheet for budget managers’ approval. Work closely with software vendors to make sure requested software is receive prior to beginning of term. Office Work at Home Software Project available on all campuses(as of July 2010 this is available via Artemis.) Review & approve all college-wide IT requisitions for both hardware & software via ORION. Assist IT Managers with the renewal of all Software Contracts(Administrative and Lab) to make sure renewal are completed prior to expiration. Casper Project for input of current software licenses for IT department. Assist with College-wide Inventory Project.
Lillie likes to (travel via cruises with Carnival Line and take weekend rides with hubby on motorcycle. Have a goal to own her own bike.) During my downtime enjoys spending time with hubby and two grands (S’Amar 15yrs , and Tariq 12yrs). Has lived Jacksonville since 1982. Active member of (Center for Independent Living of Jacksonville for 10+years; Attend Church at Philp R. Cousin AME(serve as Class Leader; Wednesday Bible Study Youth Leader; Ministry Leader(Homeless Shelters(volunteer monthly at Claire White and Trinity); Prison; and Senior Citizen).

(FCCJ-Integrated System specialist, May 2001; AS/Office Mgt. Technology Exec. Support, May 1999; AS/Office System Technoloy, December 1988; License Nail Tech.December 1992; and Travel Agent Certificate, April 1992).
