Director Technology Administration

Kelly Thomas

Kelly came to Florida State College at Jacksonville in 1999, and is currently Director, Technology Administration, reporting to Rob Rennie.

She manages the College’s technology-related business and administrative functions, coordinates College-wide hardware and software upgrades, and is instrumental in the implementation and support of new technologies, such as the Faculty Laptop Computing Initiative and Mac laptop rollout. Kelly is also responsible for managing the Apple Authorized Training Center at Deerwood, which provides industry certifications to IT and Creative Professionals.

Kelly enjoys outdoor activities, sporting events, concerts and traveling as much as possible in her downtime.

Highlights

Kelly graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville with an Associate in Arts degree and went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
