Password reset has become so much easier.

All-New Password Reset Service Now Available in Artemis

Here's the catch, though. You have to enroll to take advantage of it.

The next time you forget your password, you can save yourself the trouble of having to scour the dark chasms of your mind, dig through your records or contact someone for help. This great tool won’t help you if you don’t enroll, though.

During enrollment, you’ll have the opportunity to select three challenge questions. Your questions should be things you can easily recall, but other people will not likely know – sorts of things like family members names, significant dates, your first car, and other stops along your own personal memory lane. Many of us are familiar with this concept from various web services that we use.

Enrollment can be completed quickly and can potentially save you a lot of headaches in the future. A few months down the line, if you have trouble remembering your password or you need to change it for security purposes, you’ll be able to simply answer the three questions to restore your access. But again, it can only be there for you if you enroll.

You can jump in now by clicking the “Account Recovery Enrollment” in the fantastic new Artemis Employee Portal (on the left side of your home page).
