The New Artemis Employee Portal Has Arrived

The tech team has been working diligently on a major new release of Artemis, and we’re happy to say it is now available for you.
Artemis is an essential tool for communicating with the College. Over time we'd added more and more features to Artemis, and we understand that it had become somewhat difficult to find what you needed with everything listed on one page. The new Artemis is an entirely different way of thinking about our employee portal. It’s faster and smarter, and it has a sleek new look that’s sure to please.
The new structure now makes it intuitive for you to quickly find the resources you need. There are five main content areas - Home, College, Employee, Faculty and Technology - and each area has been streamlined to contain just the applicable resources.
Home
The Home page is a about you. Here you can setup and change your password, edit your profile, logon to Blackboard and e-mail, and jump to your financial center. Task and Alerts can be conveniently found here. Home also contains a link to Citrix and quick links to some of the most used resources available elsewhere in Artemis.
College
The College pages are dedicated to our fine institution. Here you’ll find our organizational structure, the District Board of Trustees agenda, emergency resources and the Academy for Professional Development. College also contains the following useful links:

Employee
The Employee pages contain more resources about you and your relationship with the College. Technology
The Technology section is a place to get IT information and services. If you need a new employee account or you want to submit an IT service request, this is the place for it. If you want Microsoft Office or Sophos Antivirus software for home use, you’ll find important details here. Want MyQ for your Apple mobile device? This is where you can download it. And don’t forget the schedule of IT Maintenance dates. Since the entire year is listed here, you’ll never be caught off guard again.
